Pasco County government has operated the jail since October 1, 2022, so modern custody and release requests start with County Corrections rather than the Sheriff. The county public-record channel accepts requests at the Pasco request portal, by email at prr@mypasco.net, or by phone at (727) 847-8147.
Pasco Sheriff Public Records handles PSO arrest reports and may hold older Sheriff-era jail material. Its office is at 20105 Central Boulevard, Land O' Lakes, with phone (813) 235-6118 and fax (813) 235-6119. Court dispositions come from the Pasco Clerk. The East records office is at 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Suite 210, Dade City, and the West office is at 7530 Little Road, Suite 106, New Port Richey. Published court-record hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, excluding holidays.
